Change your life in 31 days.

Is it possible? Can you do that, I mean really, can you change your life in 31 days? The story in my recent issue of Glamour says you can! One woman decided to do 10 push ups every day for 31 days, she lost 7 lbs and now she is going to do sit ups for 31 days. Another young lady decided to wear bright red lipstick every day for 31 days, it gave her a confidence boost! A yoga instructor ate off of an actual plate for 31 days so she could pay more attention to what went into her body instead of eating on the run all the time! These are just a few examples of what some were willing to do for 31 days.

I have decided that for my 31 day experiment I will do 10 push ups and 10 sit ups every day. These two things take very little time and require no expensive equipment to perform. What am I hoping to accomplish? I want to be just a little bit healthier after 31 days.

Will you join me on my journey? What will you do for 31 days? Post to let me know what you are doing so I can encourage you!

My husband and I would do SUC (we pronounced it "suck") club every winter. It stood for Sit Up Club... AND it sucked too! Maybe I'll join you in the sit-up push-up thing. Can I eat cookies when I'm done?

I could try to do the sit ups every day for 31 days - I've tried before and given up after a few days!

Maybe I'll see if I can do it this time!
