Slow Fade.........

It is rare that I do a third post in one day but I was out running errands when the song Slow Fade by Casting Crowns came on the radio and stopped me in my tracks because it relates so strongly to things that people I love are going through right now as I type. One line is: people never crumble in a day. How true is that? This is a long term process and does not happen overnight no matter what anyone says. It really doesn't matter what your downfall is: booze, drugs, or lust it is a process of choices that we as individuals make and then suffer the consequences. It occurs over a period of days, months even years as we spiral out of control to the point that we really don't know where to turn for help! I HAVE BEEN THERE and I hate to see others go through it, but I know that I cannot fight a battle that is meant for some one else to fight and learn from. If you are struggling please know that you are not alone and there is always help out there even though it is often hard to ask for it! Check out the video bar at the right.
